| Official guidance suggests that ‘20mph speed limits are more effective when they are supported by street design that indicates that a lower speed is appropriate.’ [DfT Nov 2018] That’s clearly not the case with Roehampton Lane, which is a wide main road, much of which is dual carriageway. |
