Logical fallacy from you here that max 20mph speed between junctions instead of max 30mph speed means delivery drivers can get around town quicker. Lot's of companies now realising the way to get around town quicker (which includes how easy it is to park up) for local deliveries, is by bike, have you not noticed this David? Also what would really speed up deliveries is fewer cars on the road in front of delivery vehicles. |
