The term 'affordable housing'is a cop out. All housing is 'affordable' to someone. Unfortunatly not if your a postman, or shop worker or road sweeper. A two bedroom flat (sorry, prestigeous apartment)on Acton Gardens (the old Soth Acton Council Estate) 540,000. What do you need to be earning to afford that?? Ludicrous
