No, I would not.  This is a serious discussion and not one for political point scoring.  I would not house anyone in an over polluted, environmentally impoverished area such as this.

We are being bamboozled by the Government, GLA and local authorities who are crying out for much needed housing and then building unsuitable housing in unsuitable places at a price which those who fall into the 'much need housing' bracket cannot even afford. 

Shame on you for your comment and what it implies.
