I take your point Hugh, but the limitations on engine changes and requiring more tyre changes have got nothing to do with the safety of the sport. 

And the fact remains that there's no place within the sport for smaller teams.  How I wish we could go back to the late 1980's when, despite McLaren's complete dominance, you had so many small teams that there had to be pre-qualifying for the likes of Zakspeed, Coloni, Eurobrun etc.

Now it's all about the billions, even the likes of Toro Rosso are nothing more than the Red Bull junior team, and Lewis Hamilton thinks having an on-off relationship with another celebrity and being dumb enough to turn up at the Wimbledon final dressed inappropriately makes him some kind of James Hunt, I think not.
