| 'If the money from right to buy sales plus the money from the sale of empty high value council properties were invested in new social housing properties the TOTAL supply would increase.' Sam, if the above is true then you must be prive to the figures so exactly how many empty councils houses will be sold, what will this raise, how many people will take up their right to buy, what will this raise,where will the land come from to build these new homes, how much will it cost, who will build them, how much will this cost, how long will all this take,how many more homes will it create and finally who will be entitled to live in these properties? All straightforward commercial questions the answers to which are no doubt available. |
