My posting of 27/03/15 if answered properly and honestly would go a long way to solving this query. I am struggling to understand the "elderly relative" . Ok I can see a loan being made to a person with a beneficial interest in a property for care fees - been there done that; many of us have; not a nice scenario- but here a loan is made by LBE in 2014 to Mr& Mrs Bell on a property they[ Mrs and Mrs Bell] bought / acquired in 2007 where they are the beneficial owners. This property appears from various posts to be or have been let out and not occupied by Mr & Mrs Bell.Where is their "elderly relative"? . I don't see them as the "elderly relative" and don't understand why LBE would lend them our money without good and legal reasons and none of this is being answered. Seems to me that I HAVE FOUND AN ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM ? . I know something about property and charges - a good deal more than the piss poor [ in my view] letter written by Conservative Leader to the CEO of Ealing[ still awaiting a response?] - but do not claim to be an expert. Why cannot these simple questions be answered . I was astonished to see the apparent configuration of Mr & Mrs Bells property as previously posted . Did not seem to house "elderly relatives" I might be all wrong and I would be the first to apologise to Mr & Mrs Bell if I am but this is not good enough and we are entitled to know what this is all about . I am drafting my letter to Mr Bell but just keep hoping before this goes to another level he thinks carefully about his position and replies accordingly and honestly. Democracy only works if the rulers are transparent. |
