| I have now read it thankyou . I am not sure how much is really relevant except question 11 -"What is the nature of the loan from the Council...". This is what we are trying to understand . As the addresses of the 2 properties have been disclosed- I am not sure they should have been- Office Copies could be obtained from HM Land Registry to show the registered proprietors and the notation if that is the case of a charge to LBE. The question remains what is the nature of that loan behind the charge from the Council. I just don't understand Mr Bell does not tell us if he has nothing to hide and the arrangement is not "dodgy".I still think he should have disclosed the loan irrespective of the Localism Act. Please Mr Bell tell us. |
