I ventured onto Mr Bell's disclosure under whatever provisions all Councillors are obliged to make to us . His interest in any real estate[ 2 entries if I read it correctly?- maybe him and his Mrs . Very unclear] is classed as "sensitive" and subject to the provisions of S 32[2] of the Localism Act 2011 . That maybe even if pictures of his[?] house are splattered across the web courtesy of the Mail on Line - not exactly transparent though . I was however unable to see any reference to any loan or mortgage to LBE which surely he must disclose amongst the boxes of Bombay Mix etc he has received if it is as is suggested in this thread a benefit he has taken from LBE as opposed to something he has been forced to accept like the payment of nursing home expenses then secured by a charge . If it is a loan / mortgage even at market/ commercial rates he surely has to disclose it and set out the terms for us all to see? Have I missed something?. Perhaps someone can enlighten us all ? |
