One would think a council would serve the taxpayers.

One would also think that dealing with trash and recycling wouldn't require various Googling, research, analysis, virtual signaling, shaming and the other odd bits on this post.

Trash and recycling out. Collected. Job done.

Hounslow doesn't do that.

Odd to think in this day and age with deliveries, people are expected to trot here and there disposing of this and that but they'll have a box of cereal delivered.
