' But bags have been left by the bins for years now, this is nothing new, I don't understand how all of the sudden this is an issue now. I'd like to know why a bin was removed not long after they were delivered , if damaged it could have been replaced, that extra bin is need it I agree we can all do our part by trying squeeze cartons and plastic bottles , but that won't be enough , bins will still full up . |
