| The 2019 consultation had the new northwest runway at 3500m which is a shade shorter than the existing ones (3,902 and 3658m according to google). But I don't remember hearing it would limit larger planes or prevent night flights. [I think those restrictions might have applied to the earlier 2007 expansion plan which proposed a 2200m third runway] |
