| I find it very hard to argue with the reasoning of Cllr Croft in making this decision. Although I believe it will overall have a negative impact on existing businesses that can only be shown to be true if the market is up and running. Hopefully, the concerns are unjustified and the food market, like the existing monthly events, adds to the vibrancy of the area. However, if bricks and mortar businesses say their trade has been reduced during the trial we shouldn't quibble with what they say - why on earth would they seek to mislead? |
