Hi Margo - lovely memory - but I am curious about the dates. My Father - Reg Mayorcas was born in 1920 (died 2006) which means he would have been 100 this year - he went to Chiswick County Grammar as it was then called from approx 1931 for 7 yrs - so did your husband go to a junior school with the same name? I do have a couple of magazines I can look out from the 30s. My Father was a member of Old Meadownians Football and Cricket. Also Don Taylor Director who went there died many years ago - I worked with him on many Plays at the BBC - a wonderfully talented man who ran an excellent Drama Group at the school in the 80s.
