| On the basis Huhne is finally sentenced to jail, prior precedent per the expense scandal sentencing of MPs sent to jail, will means he is most unlikely to serve any more at most than 25% of his sentence behind bars before being let out (and then at worst suffering the very penal and punitive Home Detention scheme for the remainder of his sentence to be served). One law for the political classes and another for the rest of the masses eh? |
