Laurence, There is no need to send Ann Keen a rail timetable, she is an active constituency MP all year round, and she knows her constituency well. Mrs Keen has made a major contribution to the 'Make Poverty History' campaign and, last September, went to New York with the Prime Minister and his wife as part of the 'White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood Maternal Mortality' campaign, which seeks to reduce maternal mortality in the developing world by 75% by 2015. Mrs Keen has always believed there is an important international dimension to her role of Health Minister. Laurence, I follow a different faith to yours but I wish you all the best with Sunday's event. |
