Chris can you please tell us exactly when you can and cannot park on that road to deliver or collect - there appears to be considerable confusion here.  Why was the Dry Cleaner and the other merchants given so many tickets a year or so  ago?  The Dry Cleaner received a huge number of tickets for parking on that road whilst he loaded and unloaded during business hours - something that has been done on that stretch for the last 35 years that I have lived here.  That road serves no purpose for traffic flow so why this petty nonsense - make a decision on what it's purpose is otherwise I suggest you turn it into a pedestrian area with tables and chairs and an ice cream vendor.
