The dry cleaners on the same stretch suffered exactly the same but received many more tickets.  You could have a word with them as I know that they were let off.

Richard Jennings was also helpful when this was mentioned on the Forum a few years ago  when the camera was first installed. 

Essentially this bit of road was always a 'service' road and then suddenly the Council decided to use it as a money making exercise.  I cannot fathom why.  It is one way, goes no where and served no other purpose than to allow the shop owners and their customers to load and unload.  There is absolutely no reason why there should not be a loading/unloading policy of, say, 10 minutes on that stretch.

Come on Hounslow get your act together and stop irritating your hard pressed residents and shop keepers.  Alternatively, tell us why you changed the use of this road and imposed such draconian penalties.
