Picc Line travellers in the TG catchment area HAVE to use the station already, in order to connect at Hammersmith or Acton Town. Stopping the Picc Line at TG won't create more* passengers at TG, it'll just let them get on the Picc Line more quickly. *It's conceivable that direct Picc Line might attract a few people who currently use other forms of transport to get to Picc Line destinations, but that can't be many in terms of total TG passenger numbers |
