| There is a lot to be cut at TfL which will not hurt transport services at all. The £4million per annum subsidy it provided for the Londoner and Bob Kiley's flat for example. The organisation had become bloated an inefficient under Ken with some of the highest paid civil servants in the country doing non-jobs. A bit less cash and a bit more focus on its knitting might deliver us a better transport system. |
