"The stock market is nothing to do with the current crisis.... It is merely an indictor of future earnings." Why has the stock market fallen from 6400 to 3900 over a year. Have forecasts for future discounted earnings dropped so much? Does the prospect of a 3 or so years recession produce such an effect of discounted future earnings s/t, m/t, l/t? |
