| I don't see why a tunnel wouldn't be useful if it stayed open until 8pm or so when there would still be enough people around to make it feel safe. After that many would switch to using Acton Lane. Using the existing bridge over the rail line to get access to the development would deliver little gain as you'd still have to cross the busy and dangerous road and walk half way down Acton Lane. The access to 'Chiswick Gardens' would also be via steps making it inaccessible. |
