| Thanks Jim. This isn't just a theoretical question. Quite often we pick up or deliver visitors from Kew/Richmond who take the 65 bus for all apart from the first or last part of the journey depending on direction of travel. So far this has never resulted in a penalty charge notice, but that may be because thus far there has only ever been the occasional camera car to worry about. I don't want to be relying on the random interpretation of some fuzzy rules by a bored civil servant. It may be that we will have to try it and see! |
