| It's good to hear(laughs) that Cooper has called meetings with all the agencies involved in trying to control illegal immigration so that they can put their noggins together to come up with a solution.Surely this has already been done,possibly more than once over the years.Jenrick said this morning that he tried this and the outcome was that tightening up the application system and sterner policing of criminal gangs were seen as old hat by agencies and that all of them said that a further deterrent was needed and that application of stricter rules without one was a waste of time. |
