Well, John, it's not really that difficult to sort out. As Helen says, if you are elderly or disabled or even if someone is trying to drop you off on their way elsewhere (imagine, a real life scenario) one can no longer pull up just outside Barclays. Nor can you turn as Annandale is one way the wrong direction. Parking on Devonshire has been removed which would also have been a nearby option. So customers are pushed furthe and further away from the amenity they need. In this heat, elderly people should be exerting too much energy in general. But again, that's just a real life scenario that goes amiss as you so brilliantly demonstrated. |
