Al, I don't think you can say the roads are at capacity when capacity has recently been halved locally and elsewhere in the city. Sadly, with development running amok without any clear plan - a vision would be even better - things will only get worse. What's sorely lacking is the necessary infrastructure to service the build. Would be good if someone on this island could actually see this in the future. But there I go again advocating for joined-up thinking to tackle the issues. Note to self: I just posted a link promoting the concept of removing highways. No doubt it will be used to tarnish me as anti something or other. |
