| Can't help but notice, that combined with the TfL's plea for a second bailout, this looks like a scheme to eradicate private vehicles from the whole of London as a step to create a monopoly. Similar 'measures' are being applied in many places as we speak, with strong (but as unsuccessful) opposition from residents. And a strong support from people claiming to be cyclists, believing that someone actually cares about the wellbeing of residents, businesses. Or trying to reduce pollution which that coming from cars as Tom said has been already reduced by nearly half? |
