Janice, Everyone has accepted the result of the referendum, which was a nebulous undefined vauge Brexit. The problem is what is Bexit? We were promised a smooth exit, phrases like the easiest deal in hostory" etc, but it has come to naught, as Brexit in 2016 meant different things to different people. I note however that you have not responded to why you think people (like the Lib Dems) who disagree with the result are somehow insulting Brexiters? Why should their opinion be either be invalidated, seem offensive or otherwise not appropriate? Lib Dems (and I) still happen to think Brexit is a bad idea. Why should we be prevented from saying so. Merely saying "we voted for it" in the absence of any reason it would be a good idea, is not likely to bring people to your point of view. |
