| Richard and Lou, what a great comedy double act. Lou: have a look at the BBC business website you can see the exchange rate, you can check share prices (including Easyjet, bT and RBS), all down hugely. The RBS share price collapse has already cost us the annual rebate many times over. Yes, funnly enough this was exactly what was predicted, and its happening. So I am really confused, Lou, what is your point...? Richard: strangely I am fully aware of the difference between the EU and Europe. THe former is a treaty organsiation that allowed us all to travel, work and live freely anywhere across its members, as several million UK citizens did. What we dont know and may not know for several years is whether this is possible in future. So we will be able to look at EUROPE on a map, but not work and possibly not even travely freely in the EU. Is that clear?? PS you are still allowed German (or Frnech) pen friends... |
