It has not been publicised by the Council and is not in the front page article, but you can continue to use your green garden waste bag if you attach a yellow tag to it. There are actually three alternatives if you pay for garden waste collection - a brown 240 litre wheelie bin, two 90 litre bags or two yellow tags to put on your existing green bags.
