Strikes me Tennant's main problem was that he did not get the right professional advice and representation over this matter to take on the Herberts from LB of Hounslow planning. Sadly to win these things you need to do just that. It costs ££££££££££££ but to win you need to pay sadly. He was an idiot to represent himself . He like me would know SFA about the details of planning and representing yourself is usually foolish. He should have got a planning professional to do this like the Counsel we used. Some ways he has himself to blame. These things are never easy though and I can understand he must be might pissed off. My view was he was probably poorly advised and / or did not appreciate what it takes to win against the planning Herberts . Perhaps next time round he will engage people who can win for him. I wish him luck |
