The argument that these contracts make for poor customer service doesn't make a great deal of sense. The employer is likely to call the best employees first when they need to bring in staff and they will move anyone who treats customers poorly to the bottom of their list. Companies like Cineworld and Sports Direct who use these kind of contracts widely always seem to have very helpful, friendly staff. |
