"I was rather concerned that when taking measurements of blood glucose etc, she would do her calculations in metric, and then use her phone to convert the measurements to Imperial." What imperial measurements have you recently encountered in hospitals, Andy? I thought that medical measurements were entirely metric/SI these days. Blood glucose in mmol/L (millimoles per litre) for example. |
