I agree Amazon is brilliant and LoveFilm which is owned by Amazon I believe, is also brilliant.   As you say they should be put in charge of the NHS.  My husband has received letters from Charing Cross hospital advising him of a coming appointment which arrive several days after the appointment date.  No business could be run in this fashion.  I don't know why everyone worships the NHS, yes it does many wonderful things but it's also badly in need of reorganisation.  No further money should be thrown at it, that's basically money down the pan, until it has been thoroughly pulled apart and restructured removing most of the costly bureaucrats.
