Lucy has a valid point there.You really should do all you can to preserve your spine it sounds like you are fairly recently diagnosed with your condition as you have not yet been offered any treatment.A fall while skiing could cause irreparable damage to your spine.I have had my problems for over 20 years and I now have to give myself regular injections,and take huge amounts of morphine just to be able to move around.You really should be doing all you can to keep your spine as healthy as possible now.You won't get another chance.
