Good idea Katrina but I think 20% on purchase, sale and on any rental income in between would be appropriate and also limiting the number of properties someone who does not live here is allowed to buy to 2 or 3 maximum.As has been pointed out it could be difficult to identify who these investors are and where they are from so some mechanism to do that would need to be developed. |
