It is not just the Covid relief reducing there is also an increase in rates as well so its s double hit. Pubs have also been hit with minimum wage increases and employer NI increases. labour clearly do not understand business hence so many tax rises across the board so that they can spend and waste of taxes. Labour have never been able to manage the economy and this lot clearly don’t get it. Increasing taxes means increasing costs to the consumer who are already suffering with cost of living. Interest cut won’t affect the majority of mortgage holders as most are on fixed rate for years. £150 contribution won’t help either as energy costs have risen so high following net zero policy crazy. Anyone with any commercial skills could do a better job than Reeves!
