| I was told by the person who instigated the campaign for the restrictions that there were no cameras at either end and were unlikely to be. Where there are cameras is at Harrington Road to catch those unscrupulous types who dare to turn off after crossing Chiswick Bridge. Anyone in the know avoids that area. I’ve yet to meet a Strand on the Green resident who knows anything about what length of time constitutes an access visit as opposed to driving through. Requests to the council have met resounding silence. |
