| So the problem with these cameras is that they've been set up to detect a totally different 'infringement' from what's specified on the No Access signs, ie to pass along a section of road in less than a certain, but unknown time. I can't believe that can ever be a genuine infringement, unless it suggests you've broken the speed limit. To use one action to 'prove' a completely different one by implication in this way seems highly questionable. I can only assume that, if it does become established that magistrates accept a certain time limit between the cameras as proof of No Access, then that time limit will have to be revealed in the PCN or in court and will become public knowledge from then on. |
