| ..but as we've discussed before with these 'No Access' cameras, they're making an arbitrary judgment about how long it's taken you to drive in one end and out the other, and making an assumption about whether you might have had time to Access anywhere - while apparently not sharing this time with the public. This doesn't prove whether you've actually made any 'Access' or not, which I assume can only be done by observing your vehicle throughout it's journey. If you drive in one end and out the same way without Accessing anywhere, it could said be that you've still broken the law despite both cameras not detecting you! Oh, and it was never a 'rat run', but a perfectly legitimate way of getting from one place to another until the authorities decided it wasn't. |
