| I remember some big companies being in trouble over this where care workers were concerned. There was/is a crisis over their caring commitment by carers who are timetabled to be in two places at once. This is often not understood by users of a service who understandably each really want their full individual allocated time (and many of whom have fewer if any other visitors). Whether it is in a care home or at home people are paying for their care. |
