| Scotland brought in a minimum price for alcohol presumably to stop excessive price wars between supermarkets. I wonder if it has worked to reduce the large scale buying of cheap alcohol. Supermarkets certainly seem to have trouble keeping thieves away from the alcohol in their stores. |
