| Lack of practical satisfying work that pays a living wage. Lack of job satisfaction generally. Lack of constructive employment that they can see ahead to look forward to. Increased computerisation and lack of computer skills. Not knowing where and how to find and achieve those skills to give them the independence and choices they are looking for. |
