| ...If you're stupid, keep going. Cyclists not using lights when riding on the street in the dark are planning their own demise, and need educating (or fining, I agree) for their own good. There's plenty on the streets, I see quite a few on my commute home, and it should be in their interest to have lights. Not that having lights changes much, though, but at least it's useful for insurance purposes... |
