| Paul - lets state the argument more clearly for you. Those wishing to shorten the distance that they drive by using Fishers Lane have to drive further than they would if the road was open. This adds to the congestion on the already busy neighbouring roads. Shutting Fishers Lane was a bad idea and remains a bad idea. It adds to road congestion and simply transfers air pollution from one street to another. There now Paul its not so difficult to understand is it? |
