| David, I disagree. We lived in Bollo Lane when the building in Colonial drive went up (in the beginning my wife thought it was a hospital because of the way it looked!) and I do remember traffic backing up all the way to Montgomery road in the evenings. The other issue with Bollo Lane are the level crossings. When I cycle back home from work I'm guaranteed to find them down, often for an awfully long period of time. Thursday the queue of cars was almost up to Antrobus road, and out of curiosity I went up to South Acton station to see when the trains were coming. The first one was at 17:43, the other 17:48, and it was still 17:38 when I'd arrived. I ignore how it could be done, but an over/under pass wouldn't go amiss there... |
