| If the council get the money from renting out the space at £72 per bike (almost the same as a parking permit for 1/6th of the space), then £432 income year is far more lucrative than a parking space. I've had two bikes, secured by a D-lock, stolen but I am still sceptical that they would be secure especially as you are reliant on the other five people to share your security concerns. |
