Sadly Francis the is Michael Robinson's modus operandi. He is part of the London Cycling Campaign lobby group(Hounslow Coordinator) who are hell bent on pushing CS9 through Chiswick and pours scorn and ridicule on anyone who raises legitimate concerns. He even received an award from the London Cycling Campaign in 2018 as 'Campaigner of the Year' for his work on pushing CS9 through(see below receiving award). The fact that two thirds of Chiswick Residents who responded to the Consultation were oppposed or strongly opposed to it going down Chiswick High Road is totally irrelevant to him. He still monitors websites such as this and jumps in to stifle any criticism.
