And to add insult to injury the new 440 route is due to start early in 2019. Crossrail however is delayed until at least 2020. So I hope they lose a lot of money.
TfL have an ageist transport policy. Not content with stranding those of us south of the Bollo Lane level crossings and making us dependent on mini cabs, they now want to reduce the number of mini cabs.
