I don't feel that they consult properly if there aren't posters on both the buses and at the bus stops concerned.  Nowadays everybody tries but fails to do all their work without going out to see and hear and find out what really happens.  It would be interesting to know the routes of the people who will be affected and what the alternatives are.

It is as if they are afraid of the truth.
